Yikes, I got busy and was very nearly late getting my weekly travel theme up in time, so the theme this week sort of picked itself. Here are a few shots that conjure up for me the term late, starting with a shot of the supermoon a day too late in New York – the day of the supermoon a fog came down and the supermoon turned into a foggy glow instead.
I’m not sure why these sheep were running but it looks like they were late for something.
The gravestone of the late, mysterious, beloved Mary, all the way from Ireland, found overlooking the prairies of Whidbey Island.
So if it’s not too late in your part of the world, maybe you’d like to create your own interpretation of this week’s theme. If you would like to join in (everyone’s welcome!) here’s what to do:
- Create your own post and title it Travel theme: Late
- Include a link to this page in your post so others can find it too
- Get your post in by next Thursday, as the new travel theme comes out on Friday
- Don’t forget to subscribe to keep up to date on the latest weekly travel themes. Sign up via the email subscription link in the sidebar or RSS.
