When I was going through the photos of my trip from Bryce Canyon to Coral Pink Sand Dunes I found a shot I forgot I had taken at the Rock Stop. It was of a shelf of votive candle holders; I just loved how they looked en masse.
So I had a look through my files and found some other instances when I filled my frame with multiples of the same object and here’s what I came up with. First, a burst of spring in Central Park with a drift of creamy tulips.
A mound of Rambutan at a market stall in Hawaii made me do a double-take, then reach for my camera.
A stack of ornate pocket mirrors sparkling on the streets of Little India in Jackson Heights, Queens.
And finally, if you ate enough of these, you would almost certainly develop multiple cavities.
If you would like to join in this week’s travel theme (everyone’s welcome!) here’s what to do:

It’s funny, isn’t it, I didn’t think I had many photos of multiples either, but then I went looking and realized I had a ton of them! Were those real alligators? That’s kind of creepy!
Yes, it is amazing what we can find if we just do a little search. I’m afraid they are real alligators. 😯

Beautiful shot of the pitcher plant, pommepal, but so sad to hear about the bush fire, how awful for those poor people to lose everything. xxx
Yes I was devastated when I saw the news last night on TV see the comment from holistic complications for a link to the news site. It is heart wrenching

hi ailsa, love the theme for this week.. here’s my entry..
Wonderful shot, elizz, made me look twice! 🙂
thank you.. 🙂
I took a “Bucket List” vacation to 5 cCanyons of the Southwest last year and Bryce Canyon was among them. I certainly remember stopping by the general store and purchasing a pair of stone goblets made of onyx. The tag on the bottom was labeled “Made in Pakistan”. When I questioned the store staff about it they pointed out that onyx is only found in the middle easter country of Pakistan. Thanks for bringing back those memories.
Funny, I never thought to look where those votives were made, I’m sure they weren’t local! Glad you enjoyed my post, Bob! xxx
The goblets I bought were so beautiful I got them anyway. I try really hard to buy American made goods so I always check labels. Thanks for responding.
